The guitar and the rainbowstuff(for the lols and originality) are definitely art portal quality but you need four quality images in order to get scouted (if you put crappy art in the portal you are likely to get unscouted), more art rules: http://www.newgrounds.com/lit/faq/#ap _art_submissions
